Teambuilding

A teambuilding training includes elements enabling an optimum use of time during the activities and allowing to gain intended profits simulaneously. The goal is to ensure the level of safety sufficient enough not to make an individual fell so scared the he or she is unable to act. Additionally, we improve communiation within the group and strengthen the identification with the team. In order to plan the training effectively we need to know and understand the team and its importance in the organisation. There are specific tools used for these purposes: the test of integration level in the group, the questionaire of team roles. When beginning the training we allow the people in the group to get to know each other better by using appopriate exercises. The selection of tasks and the structure of the scenario take into account exercises in small groups, trust building tasks, simulations, interpersonal games, special tasks (after the analysis of team roles). The summary of the training is creating a team totem allowing to evaluate the results of the training.
